The Bordermarches of Creation

As far as many shaped dare go into chaos and as far as many fae dare go into Creation. This is the end of where Elsewheres can be accessed. Mutation and madness are very real possibilities, as is addiction to Wyld.

  • The Interstices (Astral Space) (Everywhere…and Nowhere) - Astral space as part of Creation extends only as far as the edge of the Bordermarches insomuch as being a separate place. Beyond this point Existence functions much like a unified Astral space/real place.
    • Very Softened (+10) & extremely Sticky (-20)
    • Timeless
    • No pain
    • Mental movement
    • Daily madness rolls
    • Daily rolls to escape to random place

The Middlemarches/Rakastan/The Wyld/The Courts of Chaos

The home of the Rakshasa, the Fae, the self-styled Lords of Chaos. Reality is mutable and bends to the narrative will. Vision and Power Questing can be very successful here, but the dangers of mutation and corruption make this a dangerous proposition.

Limbo/Chaos Wastes/The Fringe/The Deep Wyld

Where the last vestiges of Existence drop into Chaos. A dangerous place as the unshaped can survive for a time here and they often prowl its shores. While shape, time, and space continue to exist here, none of them are applied rigorously or logically. Vision and Power Questing here can bring incredible results with the extreme risk of mutation, madness, and addiction.

The Far Realms (Beyond the Fringe)

That which is not Existence-Pure Chaos. Corrosive shape- and mind rending madness await those that venture out of Existence. Those with the power to survive here can Vision or Power Quest with truly spectacular results.
